Ingredients:

Cocktail sticks

Olives, de-stoned

Smoked red pepper from a jar

Salted anchovies from a can

Pickles or cornichons from a jar

Green chillis from a jar

Method:

Assemble as shown in the picture and keep in the fridge until you’re ready to serve them.

QUESO MACHEGO EN ACEITE DE OLIVA

(MANCHEGO CHEESE IN OLIVE OIL)

Ingredients:

Manchego cheese, peel removed and chopped into mouth size chunks

Olive oil

Sprigs of fresh rosemary

Sprigs of fresh thyme

Method:

Take a jar with a tight-fitting lid and ensure completely clean.

Add all the ingredients to the jar, seal, and keep in a cool place for up to 2 months.
